Dear Achim, 1.- Use equadecl.exe, part of zonwvlak package, to get a formula for the EoT for a certain year. Accurate about 3 seconds of time. 2.- I don't know 3.- Download via my homepage http://www.iaehv.nl/users/ferdv/ The program is in English, German and Dutch, except the windows interface. That's only in English. 4.- See 1.- for a value in a certain year. Fer.
