Dear Achim, I would recommend Mapblast! at <http://www.mapblast.com>. Besides producing great maps, they give the latitude and longitude of the specified site. By moving the icon on detailed maps to your backyard, you can get a readout to 5 decimal places! You can specify country, city, street address, postal code, telephone exchange or Lat/Long and get a map. Detailed maps are available for USA and Canada. World maps have recently been added, so you can specify countries and major cities and get maps and co-ordinates. For example the NASS meeting at the University of Washington in Seattle is Lat 47.65607, Long 122.30648. (plus or minus; the individual buildings did not show on the map). Does the CIA know about this site! Roger Bailey
