POLYVINYL ACETATE (PVA.) often sold as wood glue - exterior waterproof
grade (a white milky liquid) is very good for joining broken stonework or
concrete. It dries to be almost invisible and any excess can be washed
off with water before it has set. Being quite thin in consistency it is
easily squeezed out of the joint so no 'glue line' is visible. Epoxy
resins are usually thicker, more difficult to squeeze out and cannot be
cleaned off with water - methylated spirit does that job quite well.

A common trade name in U.K. e.g. 'Resin W'

Hope this is some help
