Living is learning! I had never noticed Windows keyboard driver
had any difference between "154"  e "0154". In fact, I 've only
needed three-digit codes to produce characters between 128 and 255
(some are not used or needed by us). Now, I tried both "154"
and "0154" and they both worked... producing different characters.

Now that I know how to produce a š using my keyboard, perhaps
I should learn some Hungarian so I can use in a some sundial plate (mandatory
reference to sundials). :-)
