Send the following mail message (containing no other text) to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
SUB CLOCKS your_first_name your_last_name
For example, if your name is John Doe then the message would be
sub clocks John Doe
A confirmation message will be sent to you, and you must respond to it as
directed to complete the subscription process.
