Tony, I am not sure, perhapse somebody has decrypted this inscription but if not I would do. Hora - hour fugit - escapes, flights, runs, compare with ``fugitive'' rapide - rapidly, quickly letumq. = letumque = et letum (very popular abbreviation in Latin) means ``and death'' invadit - comes inermus - literally means ``not armed'' but also ``unprepared.''
