I cannot look up who it was, as that mail is on a computer at my former employer (don't worry, got a better job). Well, I actually had a T shirt made, with a picture of a sunset on it, and that very formula. Lay people look startled when they see it; dialists grin and nod. It's a little like the Scottish eleven-forty-two cannon, a little like a noon cannon except it fires at eleven fortytwo.
