I am impressed by your code and I can learn a  lot of it for my own
purposes.
Thanks for sharing this to us.

I added the following sentences ( from Ron Anthony ) to avoid that a second
run stops Deltacad as happens with me.

The Southern dial looks oké now. An improvement.

Drawing a polar dial with gnomon width not 0, the splitting of the pattern
isn't all right I think.
For the late afternoon hours and early morning hours the pattern has to move
in the opposite direction.
