Peter, As I mentioned in my earlier note, I took out Southern Hemisphere support while I struggled to understand how your dials would look. I'd still appreciate answers to my earlier note, but in the mean time I've posted a new version of SCADD that does accept SH coordinates and caters for your Timezone situation. It's at
