Have posted a Tuscon polar gnomon dial at http://www.glinx.com/~srgl/dali.
Jan inside, Decemeber outside. Note that my program draws with a larger
inner radius than Fer's, so that seperation of hour lines is bigger. This
addresses another of John's issues. (and I can increase that radius further
if you want, John)
