Its good enough for me!  I wonder if any dials are aligned so precisely.  And 
the error that this mis-alignment would cause is only 12 seconds in sundial 
time at 45 degrees latitude.  In fact, even if you had a perfect East/West 
line marked out, I wonder if it is humanly possible to get the dial installed 
with the gnomon perpendicular to that line with such accuracy.
