Greetings fellow dialists,
A recent news item suggests that one in five Americans doubt that the
Apollo 11 moon landing in 1969 took place, that it was in fact a hoax.
Among other questions, they ask: why in the photographs were shadows
cast in different directions when the only available light source should
have been the sun?
Does this last mean that a sundial would not give even the slightest
indication of time on the moon? They also claim that the famous stars
and stripes flag was seen to flutter.
