Catalog & Manual on CD

Hi Fred (and others):   I've had several requests for a CD version of my catalog and Sundial Owner's Manual.   These two files are currently in Microsoft Publisher format and I'd like to change them into pdf files so that I can burn them onto CDs and they can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader. (like the way NASS does The Compendium on CD).   Now, from what I understand, I have to purchase Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or 5.0 to create pdf files (AA 5.0 costs an expensive 250 dollars). I do have Adobe Illustrator which will save a file as a pdf, but I'm unable to place my MS Publisher files into AI because it won't accept them.   Does anybody have any suggestions?   I would happily  pay somebody who has Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or 5.0 to convert these two files into pdf for me.  I could send you a CD in the mail of my original Publisher files.
