Some circles made in DeltaCad became rounded squares when the operator converted them to DWG format for their machine. A different provider had no problem at all and did excellent work. I can't explain why your provider can't cut properly, especially since you have checked his files for correctness. I wonder if you took the adobe illustrator .dxf files, opened them in a standard CAD program (not deltacad, thought), checked them and resaved them, maybe the glitches would go away.
