I am interested in finding out about the use of architecture/engineering elements acting as sundials, especially as regards bridge construction. I know that the architect Santiago Calatrava is designing a 'Sundial Bridge' in Redding, CA , with an inclined tower acting as a gnomon. Do you know of any other examples of this?
