The German Patent Office in Munchen is a building enclosing a square of about 70x40 meters. This square is a sundial, the innercorner of the roof of two wings gives the shadowmark on the ground.
The homepage of their website has a picture of the pattern:

but I did not find any other pictures on their site.
The best place to look at the sundial is from the topfloor!
