Hi all I alse heard of the Salisbury Cathedral (not so far from Stonehenge I think) . There is another noon mark at the Duomo in Milano, Italy. It is very nice, the mark is done in a copper alliage, Bronze I think, and is 1 or 2 cm wide, the projection of the solar disk has a diameter of about 20 or 30 cm. The mark is on the floor for nearly the whole yaer, and on e wall near to the winter solstice. Tehr also are marks for the dates along the line, with symbols for the zodiacal periods. It worths a visit Reto Ambrosini Astronomical institute, University of Berne, Switzerland. [EMAIL PROTECTED]
