ÿ In an e©mail of December 7th, Larry Corrado asks about two supposed sundials in the EL ESCORIAL monastery, near to Madrid, in Spain. In this monastery, they are two MERIDIANS and they are in two contiguous rooms. There is a description (in Spanish) in the issue # 126 (4th quarter 1995) of the magazine "Sitios Reales" (Ediciones del Patrimonio Real © Madrid) and a more scientific paper in the # 15 of ANALEMA (September©December 1995), the bulletin of the "Asociacion de Amigos de los Relojes de Sol" (Sundial Friends Association) in Madrid also. In this paper, the authors speak about other three meridians also, near to Madrid too.
