There is a book with the title : "Die Spur der Sonne" (The track of the sun), sundials in South Tyrol (Italy) from Rosina RUATTI and Lucio GIUDICEANDREA. Publishing house : Verlagsanstalt Athesia, Bolzano, 200 pictures of sundials, 193 pages, 22 x 28 cm, price ATS 360.- (perhaps 36 US$). There is however no book about sundials in North-Tyrol in Austria. But the Austrian Astronomical Society published in 1993 the CATALOGUE OF STATIONARY SUNDIALS IN AUSTRIA. The catalogue lists 2220 sundials.The oldest dates from the 13th century. Also included are 7 illustrations and 33 photographs of sundials. 133 pages. The price is ATS 189.- (by air mail ATS 240.-).
