So, I don't speak German but I'm not alone in this shortcoming! I did
finally figure out how to change the list management to English and to
change the default assigned password. If you already have done this,
please just delete this email!
Go to: https://lists.uni-koeln.de/mailman/listinfo/sundial
Once there, go the VERY bottom button, enter nothing but click the button.
You will receive an email in German.
The single-line second paragraph (in German) of this email actually does
contain your default password. Look for this line and your password
follows the colon:
Ihr Passwort fuer die Liste sundial ist: nnnnn
Then, using this password, go the list management again at:
https://lists.uni-koeln.de/mailman/listinfo/sundial
Login by completing your email address and this assigned default
password. Once there, near the bottom of the German-language options,
you will see a line that offers a pull-down to select German or English;
select English. Click the update button and you will then get the page
in English! After that, you can read the options in English and change
your password.
Tricky if one does not speak German! Daniel can fix this once he
understand the issue.
