Darek,
you can use Orologi Solari.

You can animate the dial during the day in a fixed date or during the year at 
a fixed hour.
You can even include the effect of obstacles such as roofs, balconies and near 
buildings.
Finally you can have a azimuth/elevation diagram showing when the dial is 
lighted in the year.
