Thank you all for your replies. Thinking about it, how accurate is accurate? There are various sources of error at design stage - let alone errors creeping in during the actual execution of the dial.
Errors like the uncertainty in establishing: -exact latitude -exact longitude for longitude correction GPS smartphones help in this -exact declination value (one tip I can share is that if it's a large wall make sure you measure where the dial will be, not in another area of the wall. -exact inclination of the wall (is the wall perfectly vertical or does it tilt backwards by 1 degree?) I would need to go back to the trig formulae to check which one of these variables has most impact on the final calculations (see ex. whether any value gets squared etc.), to try and gauge which ones need most attention.
