Hi Donald, A lot of Smart Android mobile phones have GPS (to know what the Longitude is). They also know what the time zone, local standard time and date is. Wouldn't take much for someone to write a Android application (program) to tell what the solar time is for a sundial to face north. We would just need to find someone who is able to do this.
