Does it die while you're actively using it, or does it die while the session is detached from a Sun Ray? Do any messages appear in /var/dt/Xerrors when this happens? BTW, the latest push of Solaris Express (based on S10_58) will break Sun Ray keyboard handling. That should be fixed in the next push.
