JET is some kind of expansion of Jumpstart designed to facilitate the integration of software in the install server. You can integrate JASS in JET.
N1 service provisioning come in through CenterRun acquisition. You can install others OS's like RH, Windows
I don't know Control Station but I think the best for you is to stay with JASS (free and you have done the integration in JASS). Of course if you need to integrate others apps you should look at JET which is a very nice tool.

But now I am a bit lost.
Sun has JASS, JET, Control Station (they say they will support solaris/sparc in the next version) and there is N1 Grid service provisioning (I just ordered the free developers license).
I am wondering....
What's best to use in a Sunray server environment with say 40+ Sunray servers?
Wouldn't it be easier for Sun to make just one nice tool?
BTW, since you are in the UK (did some checking, nice website) Do you have some info on the Desktop utility roadmap?
Over here in The Netherlands nobody at Sun seems to have information on this but according to some press releases it should be up and running in 2005. My best bet is that if this happens it will most likely be in the UK.
Kind Regards, Ivar Janmaat
