I imagine it depends on the license they sign and on how they
market the product.  The Tadpole products are not sold as Sun
Rays, they're sold as Comets, my guess is that that's part of
the reason why they can offer different features.

I wouldn't like to guess.  We basically know what we intend 
to do in this area (although of course I can't talk about it 
in any detail) but before we can assign people to design and 
develop the solution we need to wrap up a number of other 
activities that have higher priority than this one.
