I got a new Dell 20" LCD for home and when I plug my sunray into it, I can't seem to sync after I login with my username and password. If I put a smart card in and login it works. (The video resolution is 1600x1200x60) and is the same on both session.

I have been unable to retrieve my session when plugged into the dell.

Any Ideas?

You probably configured a specific display setting for your NSCM
token on that DTU with another monitor (that can support higher
refresh rates). Use 'utresadm -o' as root to look for a match, and
'-d' to delete, eg:

# utresadm -d -c IEEE802.0003ba44ec3f -t auth.darkavich
#

I have a Dell 2405FPW (24" widescreen LCD) at home now, and needed to
tell Sun Ray to use 1920x1200 by default with this DTU, as it seem to
detect 1600x1200 as the preferred resolution through DDC (need to find
out if this is a bug in Sun Ray or in the monitor):

# utresadm -o | grep ec3f
cid=IEEE802.0003ba44ec3f token=default [EMAIL PROTECTED]
#
