It's a directory server so you should be able to access it via an LDAP client. You can browse it using lde (http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/~gawor/ldap/) and if you know Perl you can script access to it using Net::LDAP off of CPAN: http://search.cpan.org/~gbarr/perl-ldap-0.33/.
