This bug has been fixed in the gate for the next release of SRSS
but the 3.1 product bosses won't let me put the change into 3.1 
this late in the schedule.  If anyone needs this fix in 3.1 then 
the way to proceed would be to open a support call and lodge an 
escalation request against bug 6315568.  That will allow this
fix to be delivered in a 3.1 patch.
