Hiya,
There was a problem with the KG-175's not long ago when they would drop
packets for seemingly
no reason. Have you seen this at all?

FYI,
I have recently deployed 50 Sun Rays in six Remote Buildings. The
Sun Rays are connected through multiple KG-175 Taclane encryption devices
from 1 to 10 miles away from the Servers. I have two central V240's running
SRSS 3.1 in CAM with rdesktop pointing to two V20Z windows 2003 servers. The
edge switches are configured for dhcprelay to provide the Sun Rays with Ip's
and directions back to the mother ship. The KG-175's require you to change
the MTU size to 576 because of overhead. The performance for the Sun Rays in
this configuration is great; I have no problems with latency or getting and
keeping a connection. The Keyboard and mouse have had no issues. I would
like to thank Craig Bender and Paul Shore for providing me with the
information on the MTU configuration.
On a side note, I have had no problems with sales or support from
Sun. This is my six year with Sun Ray's, I have never had a issue that was
not resolved. By the way 99% of the problem is normally located between the
keyboard and the chair.
Thanks
