Both the Ultra2 and the Ultra60 beat up Ultra10s and take their lunch money, especially if the Ultra10 in question isn't equipped with a SCSI disk subsystem. The Ultra5 and Ultra10 IDE subsystem is unbelievably slow.

I've had six active Sun Rays running off an Ultra2 (2x400MHz/512MB) with good response. I'm spoiled (there are Crays here)...and the Ultra2 was far from painful.
