I found teh following scripts inteh meanwhile that might be related.
bash-3.00# ls /usr/dt/config/Xsession.d

0015.sun.env 0030.dttmpdir 0100.SUNWut
Is it feasible or even possible to manually destroy (may be just with
rm ...) the serial port device entries and trigger their regeneration
with some tool or script?
