Just tried that for the first time, and yes, this works!!! :-)
Can you open a terminal windows and ensure that the XFILESEARCHPATH exists?
echo $XFILESEARCHPATH
gives me nothing. I set this envar to the value you gave me, restarted
Firefox and got the same problem when using Login. However, I am glad
the classic webtop works now.

after installing firefox on the Solaris machine. Any idea what is
going wrong?
