If I read it correctly I think a per user-mode would be the preferred mode for Sunrays don't you agree?
A per user license mode makes more sense if you have a site where there are limited users accessing larger number of Sun Ray DTUs. Say your users roam from office to home to other campus etc.
A per device license makes sense when say you have a fixed number of Sun Ray devices which can be accessed say by 2-3 shifts of users (say in a call center environment).
