That looks like a bug either in kiosk.conf file or Admin GUI.
In a CAM - uttsc combination the default 0f 3600 seconds = 1 hour cpu
time might be to short.
I think you don't want the users uttsc killed every two weeks during
working hours just because the user hits the 1 hour cpu time limit.
Actually you never want it to get killed during working hours ;-).
This is per process and I wouldn't expect uttsc to grow to that much CPU
time.
