Ok, I'm able to find the MAC address via this commant:

/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utuser -p `/opt/SUNWut/bin/utwho $USER | grep '{ print  $2 }'` 
| grep "Current Desktop" | awk '{ print $NF }'

Quite ugly but it worked for me!
