It is true, you cannot use the webcam on the SunRay DTU.
For the few times (assumption) that they would likely use a WebCam it
might be better just to hang it off a notebook or workstation

I have a School client that would like this, but...
I think it's not possible. Is it true ?
Thanks,

Fabio,
If it is an IP based webcam then it has nothing to do with SRSS or
the DTU.
What application are you trying to make use of via this webcam?
If you are trying to use Ekiga/GnomeMeeting, MSN Messenger or Skype
then IP based WebCams cannot be used it has to be direct connected.
If you just want someone to be able to see what you're doing then you
can use an IP based WebCam and simply point them to the IP address of
the webcam.

Crhis,
Does SunRay Software and DTU support IP based webcam ?
If yes...
this can solve my problem.
Thanks

Fabio, an alternative is to use an IP based webcam - several people
are using this with success.

Fabio,
I am afraid you are out of luck. WebCams require isochronous USB
I/O which is currently not supported on SunRay (though personally
I really wish it was as this is a feature I also desire!)
