What SRSS are you running?. There was a bug on this which was fixed in
SRSS3.0.

I missed the response to this question... but I am now receiving the
same message. The terminal is hung at 26B. I am running Solaris 10
with SRSS 3.1 (no patches)... anyone have any ideas?

Dear sunray admins,
from time to time some of the sessions (firefox kiosks in CAM mode) seem
to "hang". utdesktop -w reports these stations as waiting. Normally I am
able to terminate the corresponding session with utsession -k. Somtimes
I get
utsession error: Operation failed (Internal system error)
and /var/opt/SUNWut/log/messages contains:
Mar 14 11:21:08 ray2 utsession[29421]: [ID 702911 user.info]
manage_session(): failed to terminate session, server program name
differs (display=3)
I googled for this error message but did not find any hint. Can anybody
point me in the direction how to terminate this session without
rebooting the sunray server?
Thanks a lot in advance!
