I missed the response to this question... but I am now receiving the same message. The terminal is hung at 26B. I am running Solaris 10 with SRSS 3.1 (no patches)... anyone have any ideas?
It would be nice to know what the cause of the problem is. Can you re-run your 'utsession -k' under 'truss -f -rall -wall' and mail me the output? (Use the '-o' option to direct the truss output to a file. It will be large). If you just want to kill the session then you could try using /opt/SUNWut/lib/utsessionkill. This is a private internal command that does the actual work of killing a session on behalf of 'utsession' after 'utsession' has performed a series of sanity checks. If you run 'utsessionkill' directly then you bypass those sanity checks, which makes this a dangerous command, so be careful. Run it as: /opt/SUNWut/lib/utsessionkill token <token-of-session> or /opt/SUNWut/lib/utsessionkill display <x-display-number-of-session> OttoM. __ ottomeister Discalimer: These are my opinions. I do not speak for my employer. _______________________________________________ SunRay-Users mailing list [email protected] http://www.filibeto.org/mailman/listinfo/sunray-users
