I think I know the answer to this already but do external USB DVD writers work? They work as a USB storage device but not to write data back.

If not are there any plans to include this functionality in future releases of Sun Ray software?

Yes, but there are significant technical issues.  Our USB Mass
Storage support is based on USB scsi class.  Floppy is an entirely
different class.  How much customer demand is there for it,
to warrant spending time on floppy support rather than other
product features which are more beneficial to customers?

Bob, thanks for your prompt answer. I assumed that USB floppies are somewhat 
different from other USB mass storage devices, so i understand that. I'm sure 
we will find another solution for the problem the client faced me with. Thanks 
for the commitment!
