OK, I am an idiot ;-)
The access violation is from teh 1st request. the CoronaP7.mac.params
doesn't exist.
Every time the units check for their firmware they generate this
errors (this includes at lease renewal).
The constant reboots seems to be related to a different issue I have
not resolved yet, but may be due to NewTVer and .parms not matching.

tftp works fine. I can grab the file. It appears to be a problem
installing after download.
