The only issue I've ever had with Sun Rays and keyboards or mice had to do with the fact that I was using PS/2 kb&mouse with a PS/2->USB adaptor. The mouse-wheel didn't work, as the USB query didn't identify the mouse as having one (which the adaptor would have no way of knowing).

When I connected a USB mouse with a wheel ($6 no-name from a computer show) it worked perfectly.

Every keyboard I've tried, large and small, tethered and wireless, works great.

You will, however, lose the "L" keys (function keys to the left of the keyboard) and the sleep and audio keys.
The normal "F" function keys work fine.

Regards,
Kevin

I need to put several SRs into a compact area.  The standard Sun KB and

Has anyone had any experience with any compact keyboards on Sunrays?  I've
located this model http://www.mwave.com/mwave/viewspec.hmx?scriteria=AA36330
which seems be basically a laptop keyboard sans laptop.

I haven't been able to locate anything like this with a 3 button pointer.

How good is the support for non-Sun USB keyboards and touch pads in general
for Sunray?
