Generally uttsc gives the following kind of error message when uttscadm
-c is not run.

ld.so.1: uttsc-bin: fatal: libcrypto.so.0.9.7: open failed: No such file
or directory
/opt/SUNWuttsc/bin/uttsc[126]: 11802 Killed

AFAIK, it won't give anything about libutadmin.so.1 when uttscadm -c is
not run.
