Doesn't that work already? (Aside from the restarts, of course.) Do you need multihead too? You say you don't need USB. I hope that means that you don't need serial ports or application access to smartcards either. Those are managed the same way as USB devices. Getting any of them working will probably be a lot more complicated than getting screen painting and audio to work dependably.
I hope you can make this work.
Technically it's all doable but I have no control over when it will happen. However, it's far more likely to happen now that you've opened a case, which should lead to an RFE being filed, than it was with no RFE in existence.
