I think you need to be logged in with a Sun Ray software support
contract linked to your account.
The website of Sun is ... :-(
I agree when it comes to Sunray stuff, the link "sunray support" on the
Sun online support center is going nowhere.
I have logged de call a couple of days ago but there is no response.
Also if you log a call you can choose almost all the software from the
dropdown menus except Sun Ray software.
