evince. It's not perfect, fullscreen don't work, and sometimes is unable to display documents correctly. But it is better than gpdf or xpdf

Don't forget that there is an (old) version of acroread available
for x86 on the Adobe FTP website.  It's not bad - I use it extensively.
On rare occasion it has trouble with a particular file that uses some
of the new extensions.  But evince also is missing some of the newer
PDF functionality (i.e. forms), leaving no viable options for such files.
