It's caused by the version of /bin/ksh on the system.  If you have
ksh93 then the install will fail.  if you have ksh88 then the install

and the rest of that thread for a couple of workarounds.  One involves
unpacking, editing and repacking the installer RPM and the other
involves replacing your existing /bin/ksh with the one from the pdksh
RPM included in the SRSS download.
