Thanks to all those that responded to be part of the formal beta
program. Now for those that did not get contacted or just want to hack
around, you can take part in the open beta. The main difference between
the formal beta and the open beta is that there is no formal support
channel, and participants are not required to fill out beta reports.

The VPN client option is spectacular. My imagination runs wild when
considering what kind of opportunities are available for this type of
device. The biggest one of all is the once upon a time dream of a SunRay
based ISP. You sign up to an internet plan which gets you Internet
connectivity, a SunRay, a monitor and a printer. That's it, you are ready to
go! I like it!

Or you can lug your SunRay around with you and plug up to any Internet
connection around the world and there is your desktop.

Maybe I'm dreaming too much?

Cheers,
Aaron
