Hi all,

I have just installed srss 3.1 and swc1.1 on centos 4.4 without any
difficulties thanks to several tips that i got from reading the archive of
this list.
However, I have yet to find any document outlining how to secure a sunray
deployment.

Here are some specifics about my deployment:

I have a subnet dedicated to sunray traffic. Sunray server and thinclients
are on the same subnet
DHCP is not handled by the sunray server but by another server on the LAN
(but that could be easily changed)

I was wondering if somebody could give me some pointers on how to secure
such a deployment:
firewall ports to open??? and other general security guidelines as it
pertains to sunrays.
I have come across some literature from Sun mentioning that ports above 7000
i think were ued but it was pretty vague.

Many thanks,

TK
