You haven't said what model of Sun Ray unit this is. If it's a Sun Ray 2-something (2, 2FS, 270) and it's not running the latest (120879-06) patch firmware or the 4.0 beta firmware then there's a chance that the reset is being caused by bug in the firmware's ARP cache management. If that's not the issue then what sequence of numbers shows in the bottom right corner of the unit's on-screen progress icons while this is going on?
